Emma Duffy leads brand strategy, program marketing, and strategic communications across the Gulf. With over 20 years of experience, she drives marketing efforts that support high-impact government initiatives and reputation-building.

Emma is responsible for go-to-market strategies, stakeholder engagement, and campaign development and has experience working in deeply regulated industries, including healthcare and finance. Her work ensures program visibility, narrative clarity, and measurable marketing impact. She specialises in multi-channel storytelling that bridges public service with private sector precision.

Emma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Technological University Dublin, Ireland, as well as a Diploma in Design Technology and a Certificate in Digital Marketing.
